We, at First Step Welfare Organisation believe in spreading joy in the smallest way possible. With this project we ait to target three concepts, for the needful kids, for the affluent kids and for the environment. This festive season we want to make the kids from the weaker sections of society feel loved, needed and cared for. For them Christmas and Nyew Years means just another day where they fight for survival, we want to give them one day full of joy and gifts. So how this works? We promote this idea in schools and the students donate donate a minimal amount 500 Rs and in exchange of that we will provide them with a health checkup, a pot plant that they can take home and signed thank you letter from the needy kids as the school students will be their Secret Santa. With the donation we will give 'Santa Boxes' to poor kids all over the city and it will include winter socks/caps, muffins, chocolates, balloons, crayons, colouring books and hygiene products like soap, combs, toothpaste etc.

FIRST STEP WELFARE ORGANISATION, A national level non government and non profit organisation initiated on 16th of December 2010 registered under the Society act 21,1860 with Reg. No.1098. Having a vast membership spread across the length and breadth of the country. Our organisation is actively & whole heartedly involved in multi- directional social activities such as awareness programme to educate the society in various fields I.e. Health/Education/Women empowerment/Child Welfare & Child well being /Social & Legal rights of women, girls & children.

Our most recent project namely SECRET SANTA, was aimed at distribution of Christmas cheer and joy for the underprivileged kids of our society.
